Effective Date: July 1, 2026. At Cinematix AI, we believe your creator IP, prompts, and thumbnail analytics belong exclusively to you.
1. Zero-Training Guarantee on Creator IP
Unlike generic artificial intelligence platforms, Cinematix AI explicitly guarantees that your uploaded reference images, creator reaction faces, and text prompts are never used to train public foundational models. All inference is processed via ephemeral serverless GPU containers on Cloudflare Workers and immediately discarded after rendering.
2. Google OAuth & Authentication Security
When you sign in using Google OAuth, we only request the absolute minimum required permissions: your email address, basic profile name, and profile picture avatar. We do not request or store access to your YouTube channel analytics, video upload permissions, or private Studio videos unless you explicitly enable optional YouTube API integrations.
3. Lemon Squeezy Payment Processing
All subscriptions, credit purchases, and refunds are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. Cinematix AI never stores or possesses your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials. Your billing data is protected by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.
4. Thumbnail Vault Storage & Encryption
Generated thumbnails stored in "The Vault" are protected using 256-bit AES encryption. You maintain 100% full commercial ownership and copyright over every image synthesized through the Cinematix AI Creator OS. You are free to monetize, trademark, and deploy your thumbnails across YouTube, TikTok, and all advertising channels without attribution.
5. Instant Account Deletion & Data Export
You have the absolute right to request an instant purge of your account records. In your Creator OS Settings, clicking "Delete Account" will immediately erase your Supabase database entry, clear all generated thumbnail links, and revoke active JWT tokens within 500 milliseconds.
